Minister Kanchana Wijesekera stated that China's Sinopec Company has expressed its willingness to start the construction work of the fuel refinery to be built in Sri Lanka as soon as possible. The discussion was held yesterday (27) in Colombo. The project is scheduled to begin in June, and the investment is approximately $4.5 billion.
