The Gove ment Medical Officers Association says that a token strike will be implemented in the Colombo National Eye Hospital today (14).

The media spokesman of the association, Dr. Chamil Wijesinghe, stated that the strike is being implemented against the lack of action by the authorities regarding the misconduct of the chief administrator of the eye hospital.

Dr. Chamil Wijesinghe stated that the strike will be implemented in the eye hospital today from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Dr. Chamil Wijesinghe also said that if a solution to this problem is not found today, professional action will be taken.
