The Court of Appeal today ordered to adjou the petition filed against the Cricket Interim Control Committee till December 5th.

Also, the new Sports Minister Mr. Harin Fe ando gave a promise to the Court of Appeal that no further action will be taken until the next court date in relation to the gazette notice issued by the former Sports Minister Mr. Roshan Ranasinghe appointing an interim gove ing body.
