The Inte ational Monetary Fund has approved the second loan installment of 337 million US dollars to be given to Sri Lanka.
It is stated that the first review of the 48-month comprehensive funding facility that the fund has entered into with Sri Lanka was carried out by the Executive Board of the Inte ational Monetary Fund which met yesterday (12) and where this decision was taken.
The Executive Board of the Inte ational Monetary Fund has indicated that it is satisfied with the progress Sri Lanka has shown.
