One in 10 Japanese Now Aged Over 80

Foreign media reported that one in 10 Japanese citizens is 80 years old or older.

That is according to the statistics released by the Ministry of Inte al Affairs and Communications.

In addition, it is reported that there are 29.1% people over 65 years of age.
