President Ranil Wickremesinghe is scheduled to leave for Dubai today (30) to participate in the United Nations Conference on Climate Change.
The United Nations Conference on Climate Change will be held from today to December 12 at the Dubai Expo City with the participation of gove ment leaders, public private sector representatives, environmentalists and academics.
