Russia calls for an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council

The Office of the Permanent Representative of Russia to the United Nations says that Russia has requested an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council today (12) regarding the attacks by the United States and the United Kingdom on Yemen.
Russia's Tass news agency reported that the meeting was scheduled to be held in New York.
The United Nations Security Council has also requested an immediate end to the attacks on ships in the Red Sea by Yemen's Houthi rebels.
Meanwhile, it is stated that the US Air Force has attacked more than 60 targets at 16 locations.
