Saudi Arabia to host the 2034 FIFA World Cup

Australia's delay in bidding to host the 2034 Men's World Cup has resulted in Saudi Arabia being awarded the host.
Football Federation Australia confirmed its decision just hours before FIFA's deadline for expressions of interest.
Apart from Australia, only Saudi Arabia joined in bidding.
The 2026 World Cup will be held in the United States, Mexico and Canada.
Morocco, Portugal and Spain will host the 2030 tou ament, while matches are also scheduled to be held in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay.
Foreign media further states that Saudi Arabia has hosted several major sports events including football, Formula 1, golf and boxing since 2018.
