Ceylon Electricity Board has requested its customers to register for e-billing service.
In a statement, the Ceylon Electricity Board says that it is possible to register for it through the ebil.ceb.lk website.
Otherwise, you can also register for this e-billing service by sending a short message (SMS) to 1987 number.
For that, you have to send a short message (SMS) to the number 1987 with your phone number as EBILL<blank> electricity account number<blank> email address.
