He says that sending lorries carrying humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip is an essential task.
Following the clashes between Israel and Hamas militants on October 07, all access roads to the Gaza Strip have been blocked.
As a result, about 2.3 million people in the Gaza Strip are in dire straits.
