Minister of State for Finance Shehan Semasinghe says that the call for applications for the year 2024 will start at the end of January or the beginning of February.

Meanwhile, the State Minister of Finance Mr. Shehan Semasinghe says that the Treasury has taken steps to pay all outstanding bills that had not been paid when the gove ment came to power.
He stated that the bills for all the approved projects had been paid by December 15 last year.
