The Bribery or Corruption Allegations Investigation Commission says that more than 3,000 bribery complaints have been received in the period up to November of this year.

The commission stated that 3,255 complaints have been received from January 1st to November 21st.

A significant number of them are complaints received based on the activities of the public servant structure.

It is stated that nearly 100 complaints have been received against police officers and nearly 50 complaints have been received against principals.

The Bribery or Corruption Allegations Commission also stated that there is a need to quickly fill the vacancies in the Commission in order to continue the investigative work in comparison with the received bribery complaints.
