Further consideration of the petition filed against the Sports Minister's decision to suspend the registration of the Sri Lanka Cricket Institute and appoint an interim control committee to manage its affairs was adjou ed until tomorrow (28).

It was reconsidered today (27) by Sobitha Rajakaruna and D. N. Samarakoon.

President's Counsel Mr. Saliya Peiris presented the facts before the court on behalf of the members of the Interim Committee including Arjuna Ranatunga, the Chairman of the Sri Lanka Cricket Interim Control Committee, who are named as respondents in the relevant petition.

After that further inquiry was adjou ed till tomorrow.
