The Ceylon Electricity Board has announced that the electronic billing system introduced for electricity consumers has been implemented for several areas.

Its media spokesperson Engineer Noel Priyantha said that the system has already been implemented for electricity consumers in Dehiwala, Ratmalana, Kelaniya, Sri Jayawardenepura, Matara and Ambalangoda.

Engineer Noel Priyantha has mentioned that this will be introduced to other areas in the future.
