Notice to electricity consumers about bill payments

The Ceylon Electricity Board has introduced many methods to the electricity consumers to pay their electricity bills by adapting to the new technology.

In a statement, the Ceylon Electricity Board has stated that bill payments can be done more efficiently through this.

Accordingly, consumers have the facility of paying electricity bills through the CEBCare mobile app, through online banking services, through the CEB website, through any Sri Lanka post office, CEB and bank KIOSK machines, etc.

The Ceylon Electricity Board also informs the consumers to refer to the CEB call center number 1987 regarding the problems arising in relation to electricity bills.
