The health unions say that they will continue their strike until a written notification is given by the Minister of Health.

Ravi Kumudesh, co-convener of the Health Trade Union Alliance, said that a written notice should be given in relation to discussing their problem.

The health unions had started this strike, demanding that the DAT allowance given to doctors be given to them as well.
