999 suspects have been arrested in the raids carried out from yesterday (09) to the early hours of today (10) under the nationwide Yukthiya Police Operation.

According to the police, further investigations are being conducted based on detention orders regarding 31 suspects.

Also, 26 drug addicts have been referred to rehabilitation centers.

The Police Narcotics Bureau and the Special Task Force have arrested 54 suspects who were on the list of registered suspects in this operation.

The following quantities of drugs were seized during this special operation.
