Businesses in the port city of Colombo - The Cabinet has approved the submission to Parliament for approval of directives containing guidelines on the granting of exemptions or incentives for duty-free businesses.

Those guidelines were previously issued by the President as the Minister of Investment Promotion through a gazette notice.
