A special reward for a tip to Yukthiya

The police have decided to give a cash reward to the people who provide information for the seizure of illegal firearms and bombs.
Operation Yukthiya which started on December 17 last year has successfully made arrests and it has been decided to give monetary rewards to the informants who provide information.
Accordingly, Acting Inspector General of Police Mr. Deshbandu Tennakoon has given instructions in this regard to all senior DIGs, DIGs, Divisional Officers and Directors.
The confidentiality of the persons providing such information will be protected and cash rewards will be given as follows.
